HEAD DOWN TAIL UP AT THE SURFACE

This is a symptom of a bacterial infection. Check your water. You will lose the head-down fish within a week to ten days and then others will die if you do not intercept the parasites which may have preciptated this, and intercept the bacterial invasion going on inside.
